When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), the service you need, your site location and the details you write. We also record the date and time of the enquiry.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and prepare a quotation. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are emailed to our company inbox and stored in a secured database hosted by Cloudflare. Access is limited to authorised Katonium staff.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after [CONFIRM: 12] months. Records for completed jobs are kept as required for tax and contract purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@katonium.com.ng. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
